Order Processing
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once the order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and damaged items. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you.

Packages Marked as Delivered
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us.
